Recently she created the Executive Presence Institute™, an organization dedicated to providing performance-driven executive coaching, workshops and keynote speeches based on the most advanced research and knowledge of Executive Presence.
Early in her career, Susan perceived an opportunity where others only saw a challenge. There were no generally accepted principles or processes for becoming a highly effective executive. Individuals rising through the ranks were struggling with the often unspoken requirements that came with the position they strove to attain. It was widely assumed they had the whole package—executive level communication, political savvy, reputation management, social demeanor, executive image, performance under pressure and a compelling leadership profile. This went well beyond the metrics of a balanced scorecard.

Her career was the catalyst for her executive development passion. Susan served as regional manager for the Forum Corporation, a $30 million global leader in management, sales training and consulting. Susan, along with her team, clearly established Forum as an industry leader boasting an impressive slate of Fortune 500 clients.
She served on the advisory board of the Charles Tandy American Enterprise Center (CTAEC), part the Neely Business School at Texas Christian University. CTAEC is a comprehensive executive resource organization that offers non-degreed training, education, and development to leading companies in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area.
Susan recently completed her second term as president of the National Speakers Association/ North Texas Chapter and is a recipient of the prestigious Joseph Charbonneau award for her leadership in the speaking profession.
